"Young Chefs" in Mira's kitchen
Chef Mira Jarrar has invited us yesterday evening in her kitchen to attend the second lesson of her cooking educational program title "Mira's Young Chefs."

Mira said she began her career as a teacher, but left the profession in order to devote herself to raising her three children, and to develop her talent in the field of cooking and preparing distinguished food recipes. "Three years ago, I decided to exploit my talent and previous profession as a teacher to start my culinary project for the young" she said. "The center of encouragement came from my family and friends, while the others were just surprised" she added. She affirmed that she still receive support from everyone until today.
She pointed out that her program had attracted dozens of cooking passionate kids of both sexes and various ages. And stressed that the number of participants in each class are no more than five trainees in order to ensure safety standards. She said that the recipes she thought for young are the same that are presented in cooking classes for youngs, but with her they are more fun and joy, because she used to enriches her lessons by providing information about the foods' nutritional values, in addition to illustrations for vegetables, fruits, spices and tools that were used in the preparation of recipes.
Chef Teema Rahal (6 years) said her mother encouraged her to attend cooking classes, and confirmed that she spends fun time, and contributes to cleaning the kitchen and dishes.
Chef Yousra Al Hit (9 years), in her turn, decided to join cookery lessons in order to fill up her free time with useful and fun issue. She pointed out that she had prepared Salad for her family, and won the admiration of everyone, especially her "grandfather" who praised and encouraged her. Chef Yasmina Sheqwara (8 years) thanks her grandmother who told her about cooking classes.
Chef Shahed Al Assad (8 years) spoke about her love and passion for cooking and decorating food. She said that she engaged in a course for cake decoration, but it was not up to her ambitions in the field of cooking, so she decided to participate in Mira cooking courses to develop her experience in this field. About her future dreams, she said that she is planning to become a professional chef, and tohave her own restaurant.
